Booking & Logistics
We accept a strictly limited number of weddings and commercial commissions each calendar year to safeguard our editorial dedication to each client. Most wedding couples secure their date 6 to 14 months in advance. To guarantee availability, we encourage submitting an inquiry as soon as your date and venue are set.
Yes, international travel and remote destinations are central to our work. We have documented celebrations across East Africa, the Indian Ocean islands, and worldwide. Travel logistics, lodging, and flight considerations are custom calculated and presented transparently in your initial quote.
Artistic Style & Delivery
We provide a curated "Next-Day Sneak Peek" collection of 25–40 images within 24 to 48 hours following your event for immediate celebration and sharing. Full comprehensive photographic galleries are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Complete cinema feature films and documentary edits are finalized within 6 to 8 weeks.
Music is the emotional pulse of our cinematography. Because our films are delivered for public exhibition and permanent digital sharing, every track must be legally licensed. We carefully select bespoke soundtracks based on your personality, event tempo, and musical preferences gathered during our creative consultations.
Equipment & Backup
We operate with comprehensive redundancy. Every cinematographer and photographer carries dual-slot professional bodies recording simultaneous internal backups. We travel with full backup camera bodies, lenses, wireless audio receivers, and lighting equipment. Furthermore, your data is backed up to dual offline drives on the night of the shoot.
