Booking & Cancellation Policy

Event dates are officially locked on a strict first-confirmed basis. Consultations or price inquiries do not hold a production date on our master studio calendar. A reservation becomes official when: Tarehe ya tukio inafungwa rasmi kwa kanuni ya aliyetangulia kwanza. Kuulizia bei au kufanya mazungumzo hakufungi tarehe kwenye kalenda ya studio. Tarehe inafungwa rasmi pindi:

1. The booking reservation form is submitted and confirmed; and Fomu ya booking inapowasilishwa na kukubaliwa; na
2. The 40% advance deposit is received and verified via online mobile money, Vodacom Lipa Namba: 50625625 (Frezacha Big Point), or NBC Bank A/C: 096171034172 (Fredy Chacha). If a client must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the deposit is transferred to the new date without penalty, provided our production crew is available on the newly requested date.
